During one of our home fellowship sessions....giving Luwak coffee a try!

Food, fun & fellowship!

It's time for some food, fun & fellowship!!
After several weeks of practicing & busy preparing for the Patronal Dinner on 16th June, we decided to celebrate by having a Backyard BBQ, the week after! We had a great deal of feasting going on..making our own burgers, enjoying the yummylicious grilled chicken wings and grilled potatoes and lots more great dishes we could get our hands or rather tummy on haha! Nothing beats a laid back bbq, with great food & great company. ;)

Patronal Celebration

June was a very eventful month for the youths! For the Patronal Celebration, we had a fundraising dinner at Imperial Hotel Ballroom. The youths came up with several performances...handmimes, singing & skit. We started practices in May and have been working hard to get ourselves prepared for this event. It was our first time performing a handmime and it was such a great time learning something new. The drama team did a great job on the "Everything" skit...a very impressive skit. We had Brenda to sing solo for a song which she wrote & composed herself! How cool is that!!

Life's temptations & stress could lead us astray...

My Jesus...my Saviour!

Handmime - Shout to the Lord!

Have you decided to follow Jesus?

16th June 2012...the day we witnessed about 50+ youths getting confirmed! What a day it was! The harvest is indeed plentiful...praise God!

Pancakes, anyone?

On 1st May this year, we had an opportunity to spend some time with the confirmation candidates. They had a half day class with Fr. Cheong and thereafter, spent time with us making pancakes! It was a great time together, teaching them how to make pancakes and they are very fast learners! The next thing you see is a bunch of kids flipping pancakes like experts...so good, that they could be the next Masterchefs Junior! Haha! We enjoyed every minute of it. :)

Ta-da! Our labour of love! ;)
